Job description
• Order Administration – accept customer orders through mail, fax and e-mail, enter into ERP system and administer through customer delivery
• Maintain sales orders and other sales and marketing files, both electronic and printed
• Generate standard product quotes, assist with major proposals
Requirement
• Must have strong ability to use PC and Microsoft products- Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be willing and able to learn various computer software as needed (with training).
• Fluent English with strong communication skills (verbal and written), as well as strong organizational skills.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, energy and an overall proactive approach.
