Japanese Online Marketer

 Market our products by writing and posting through e-commerce platforms (Amazon,Rakuten)
 Create product descriptions while using SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
 Gather and analyze customer feedback and coordinate improvements
 Engage in product development by working closely with product managers and designers
 Handle customer service for assigned channels via e-mail and phone
 Translate product descriptions, keywords, and other content into Japanese


Qualifications:
 Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
 Strong written and spoken Japanese language skills
 Copy-writing experience an asset
 Positive attitude; customer oriented attention to detail
 Customer service skills

Full-time position, $12 - $16 per hour depending on experience.
