BroadbandTV is looking to expand our Partner Experience department to contribute to the development of our support offerings in English and Japanese speaking markets. In this role, you will be dealing with YouTube content creators and helping them with their inquiries. You are an avid learner looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company. We are looking for individuals who are patient, professional, and care about others. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, a customer service driven attitude, excellent written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, problem solve, work under pressure and deal with changes in a fast paced technology driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and services to our English and Japanese speaking partners in a timely manner
Respond to partner’s’ questions and concerns with a high level of professionalism
Maintain partner records by updating account information
Monitor and record partner growth
Building a strong and lasting relationship between the Company and the content partners
Contribute to the Company’s partner service initiatives when needed
Translating content for VIP content creators


Desired Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management environment
Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
Mastery of Office Suite (MS or Google)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience as an online video creator, mainly on YouTube
Strong passion for technology and online video
Strong understanding of video creation or project management
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Detail oriented focus and problem solving skills
Experience working with Zendesk or other customer service platforms preferred
Positive attitude
Excellent time management abilities
Bilingual (English & Japanese)
