Our PhoneBox headquarter is located in Downtown Vancouver, BC. As a call center representative, you will be providing the highest level of care and service to our clients. You will be placed in fast-paced environment where you can put your multi-tasking skills to good use.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contract handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and mange time effectively
- High school degree
- Patience in delivering technical support to customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong English skill is an asset
