●Kitchen Manager/Cooks

Want to be part of a growing company and advance your culinary career?
As Kitchen Manager you will have the ability to perform all back of house roles and
assist in the day to day running of a busy kitchen.

General duties include:

* Loving Ramen!!!
* Ordering
* Inventory
* Kitchen production and line supervision
* Daily kitchen maintenance and organization
* Training and mentoring team members
* Meeting labour and food cost targets
* Implementing policy and procedure

We are looking for people with great communication skills and positive attitudes
who are capable of working calmly in a fast-paced work environment.
Candidates must have a flexible schedule and have FOODSAFE Level 1.
This individual also needs to be energetic and professional with a passion for ramen!
