You must be: motivated, quick learner, enthusiastic, can multi-task, self-starter, can work unsupervised, •Experience in hands-on household work and knowledge of all areas of property maintenance
•Physically able to handle general property maintenance work
•Flexibility in the working hours, according to the employer's needs
•Flexibility to work outside of job description & can think creatively about how to provide highest quality of service
•Strong follow-through from start to finish on projects and problem solving skills
•Have the ability to work under minimal direction as well as working as a team
•Have strong team work spirit, diplomacy and tact

Regular Salary increases up to $16/hour, as your efficiency & experience increases
