If you want to hire Japanese, you guys need to treat Japanese customer nicely.
everytime I go to buy drinks with friends, never had a good experience.
your servers or the cashier gives us super duper nasty attitude. but not for "caucasian". well, if you guys don't like JAPANESE,don't ask us to work for you.

Train your staff to be nice to the customers from different country.
