Bao Bakery will be opening up soon! We specialize in asian pastries - both traditional as well as twists to the old classics! The ideal candidate has flexible, full time availability (especially weekends), great communication and customer service skills, is a great team player with a positive attitude and has a passion for bread/pastries. The Manager is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of the business that include but not limited to:

- work various positions (front or back) as needed
- leading, train and supervise staff as needed
- creating an efficient and positive work environment
- accepting deliveries/inventory management
- dealing with any urgent issues and customer complaints as they arise
- scheduling
- maintaining an organized / sanitary work environment

You will be primarily responsible for the kitchen production and will work with other managers/office assistant/front sales supervisor to create a successful work environment.

Qualifications:
- Work experience in retail bakery/food establishment for 2 years
- Fluent English
- full time availability - must be able to work weekends and early shifts from 6am.
- must be legally able to work for at least 1 year

- Physical requirement : able to stand on your feet for the duration of your shift. Must be able to lift 25 kg.

$13/h + health/dental benefits
