You will be...

• Preparing hot and cold beverages, including but not limited to coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Assisting in preparing simple food items such as a breakfast muffins, a sandwiches, a soup, and salads.
• Maintaining our store clean and tidy
• Making cash/debit/credit card transactions with our POS system
• Assisting with other café and or grocery operations when necessary.

The following skills will be considered an asset:

• Have 1 - 2 years barista experience working in a cafe, coffee shop, or restaurant
• Food Safe Level 1 Certified.
• Be able to work various shifts weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to open or close shifts which start as early as 7:30am and late as 8:00pm

• Ability to stand long periods of time
• Have excellent customer service skills

• Have basic kitchen skill and understand basic rules of hygiene, sanitation and safety in food/drink processing
• Have basic computer skill to operate Point of Sale terminal
• Be creative and passionate about your work

Full-time: 35 - 40 hours/week. One weekend day availability is required.
Part-time: 12 - 20 hours/week. One weekend day availability is required.
Pay Basis: $11.00/hr+ tips average $2.00~$3.19/ hr
