Miura Restaurant & Bar is a Pan-Asian influenced, modern classic restaurant that serves unique, simple, delicious, house-made and quality food while providing personalized and friendly service.

If you are interested in a career at Miura, we are currently looking for Part/Full Time Cooks/Kitchen helpers. If you are positive, punctual, motivated and committed individual and looking to train and move within, this is a great starting, entry-level position (PART TIME LEADING TO FULL TIME).

We are seeking people with excellent communication skills and positive attitudes who are capable of working in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates must have be flexible and available weekends. Competitive compensation offered to those with more experience and higher skills sets with the longer commitment to our company.

Requirements:

FOODSAFE level 1 preferred.

AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


Duties will include but not limited to:

*preparing & plating all food orders
*following instructions and standards to ensure cooking and presentation consistency at all times
*ensuring food safety & maintaining a clean/sanitized work area
*setting up, organizing, restocking mise-en-place and work area throughout shift
*assisting in food preparation
*performing opening or closing duties as outlined by Kitchen Manager, including dishwashing & general cleaning duties
