TATSU Japanese Bistro is looking for enthusiastic Japanese cooks (Kitchen chef / Sushi chef / Roll helper) and experienced servers.

*Kitchen Chef (Full time: 5 days a week or Part time)
At least 1 year of working experience in Japanese kitchen

*Sushi Chef (Full time: 5 days a week or Part time)
At least 2 years of working experience as a MAIN sushi chef in sushi bar

*Roll Helper (Full time: 5 days a week or Part time)
At least 6 month of working experience in sushi bar

*Servers
Full-time / Part-time servers
Must have at least 6 month - 1 year of previous serving experience at a Japanese Restaurant
Must be fluent in English (asset if you speak Japanese or Korean)
Must be dedicated to customer service and a team player
Professional and outgoing server with positive attitude
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
Asset if lives around Commercial Dr. area
