MIURA RESTAURANT is re-launching with an extended food & drink menu and looking for outgoing people to join our growing team!
We are seeking a FULL-TIME Line Cook or Prep Cook who is highly motivated and passionate about the industry.

Position Responsibilities
• station set up and ready for service
• cook meals to order and to our strict standards
• focus on timing and organization
• ensure sanitary cooking conditions and safe food handling
• maintain the cleanliness of all working areas
• assist in food prep during off-peak periods as needed

What We Require

Skills and Qualifications:
• Knowledge of basic food handling and food preparation knowledge
• Food Safe Level 1 an Asset
• Must be able to work under stress at a fast paced environment, and with an ability to multitask
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a standing up position for up to 8 hours

Education:
• High school Diploma
• Previous Culinary training and education an asset
