SUPERVISOR/SERVER
Kishimoto Japanese Restaurant is hiring for SERVER/SUPERVISOR!
This position is 2nd in command to the lead supervisor or manager.
It includes regular server duties as well as basic supervising duties.
At first you will start off as server to learn all aspects of this job before taking more responsibility as supervisor.

Requirements:
*at least 1 year supervisor experience
*knowledge of Japanese cuisine (sushi, cooked dishes)
*Fluent in English, basic Japanese language skill
*good communication and leadership skills
*enjoys working in a busy environment
*has a passion for good food and good service!
Job Description:
server supervisor works together with the lead supervisor or manager to
*supervise and mentor other service staff
*help train new staff
*ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service
*manage the lineup and seating of customers
*perform regular server duties
*do opening and/or closing shifts
*count cash and print sales reports
*help maintain positive work environment
Full time, must be flexible with schedule (can work anytime Tuesday through Sunday).
Compensation will be decided on experience and skill level.
Includes tips, vacation pay and staff meal.
This is a permanent position.
