I have a great app idea and almost all the js code and js libraries for all the features that I want for the app.
I want a js expert who has experience building apps with new web technologies( html, css and js ) using nw.js runtime , chrome apps, intel Xdk or anything else to make it run in multi platforms ( OS X and Windows, both desktop and mobile, platforms).

Expertise in svg would be a big plus!

Then I will arrange a meeting at the downtown public library to discuss more in details about the app and you can get more than 30 % share of the whole program.
