Burgoo Bistro is a busy comfort food bistro that serves home-made, quality food while providing
comfortable and friendly service. We pride ourselves with being involved in our community and
have many wonderful, regular guests. If you are interested in a career at Burgoo, our West 4th
location is currently hiring a part-time Line Cook to join our team.

Primary duties will include following outlined standards to prepare and plate all food orders, line set up and stocking, and assisting in overall kitchen cleanliness. Additional responsibilities may be added with your approval and at the Chef’s discretion. Outstanding knife skills and product and production knowledge are essential.

We are looking for people with good communication skills and positive attitudes who are capable of working calmly in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates must have a flexible schedule, be able to work weekends and have FOODSAFE Level 1 and a basic HACCP knowledge. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
