Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
• Customer service calls with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer service inquires received via phone and email in Japanese.
• Resolve returns and exchanges for customers
• Assess and address customer complaints
• Payment reminder to customers by phone and email
• Order verifications and admin tasks
• Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisor
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal both in Japanese (native speaker level of fluency) and English
• Flexible working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 4 hours between 16:00-23:00)
• Experience handling escalated issues
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Organized and detail oriented
• Be a problem solver and a team player
• Must be able to multi-task & THRIVE in a fast-paced environment.
• Type 50 wpm
• Internet and MS Office skills
• Good sense of humor & positive attitude go a long way!
