Tense Watches Canada - We are manufacturer of high quality watches since 1971, we are currently looking for Full Time Production Assistant (Trainee) - Entry Level.

Duties include:
. General production duties, maintaining organized and efficiency
. Assembly / disassembly of case, bracelet, watch crystal, clasp, etc
. Polishing of case and bracelet
. Mark defective parts for repair or replacement
. Work closely with management on any specific projects and to ensure quality control standards
. Timepieces inspection duties: Assist in controlling the quality of finished products
. Other responsibilities will be assigned

Experience not required, Tense Enterprises Inc will provide all necessary in-house training

The ideal candidate(s) should be:
. Eligible to work in Canada;
. Friendly and reliable;
. Good organization and communication skills;
. High flexibility, team oriented, hard worker;
. Multitask-able and self-motivated;
. Able to learn fast and be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
. Able to work independently yet keep others well informed;
. Eye for and attention to detail.

Benefits:
Standard procedures would be a 3-month probation period as a Trainee, followed by promotion to Full Time Production Assistant (if acceptable) with group benefits.
