Kumon Math and Reading Centre of Vancouver - First Avenue is seeking an individual who enjoys working with school aged students and has prior experience with the Kumon Math program in Japan to join our team.

If this is you:
- you have completed or progressed to an advanced level in Kumon Math in Japan
- you have completed a first year university course in Calculus
- you have a valid working visa or have full rights to work in Canada
- you're looking to gain experience in this field and are willing to commit for approximately a year

Then we are interested in hearing from you!

Our centre is located in beautiful East Vancouver and is located at First Ave. and Renfrew, which is easily accessible by public transit and by car

We are looking for an assistance who takes great pride in watching students grow and develop in their skills.
This position involves:
- preparing and grading student assignments
- tracking and guiding student progress
- offering gentle but enthusiastic guidance when necessary.

The shifts for the centre are:
Tuesdays 3PM-8PM
Thursdays 3PM-8PM

This position offers hourly compensation and skill development.
