One full-time Sushi Helper wanted at a take-out Japanese Sushi store in Sudbury, Ontario. (Sudbury is 400km north of Toronto.) We are a chain take-out sushi store (Bento Sushi) located in Canadian grocery store.

- No experience required
- Fully paid training will be provided
- Wage: min.$12/hr ~ max.$15/hr depending on experience and/or work speed (the quicker you pick up faster work pace, the higher wage).
- Other benefits will be offered.

The Sushi Helper is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.



仕事の詳細・責任等：
Job Responsibilities:

・寿司の調理（含む炊飯、巻き寿司、刃物の使用等）温度管理、商品のパッケージング（含む商品のラベル貼りや賞味期限の記載）
・食品安全管理の徹底
・お客様への礼儀、マナーの徹底
・店内を清潔かつ整理された状態に保つ事
・日々の売り上げなどの記録
・場合により新人への教育など
Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Maintain daily production records.
Training of new teammates as required.

時間
Schedule:

月曜 ~ 金曜、午前7時から午後3時まで (シフト・時間の変更は可能です)
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (schedule is flexible and can be negotiated)
