Logistic Customer Service Representative

Assist Current and new Clients with their accounts, requests, bookings, documents and other inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage and control Client's inventory;
Prepare receiving and shipping documents and export containers load plan.
Maintain quality results by following export standards, procedures, and regulations.
Work with Documents Department to ensure that export documents are received/ submitted before the deadline date.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, trucking companies, internal sales and warehouse staff and monitor shipment arrival status.
Develop and maintain long term relationship with customers.
Ensure that our customers (external and internal) receive a quality of service that is better than they would have expected.
Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree is required.
Previous experience in similar positions preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Second Language (Cantonese, Mandarin or Japanese) preferred, but not required.
Minimum typing speed:  45 wpm with accuracy
Basic computer skills; Microsoft office, email, internet explorer, etc. and ability to learn proprietary business software applications

Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work load in order to meet numerous deadlines.
Positive attitude, friendly, outgoing personality.
Willingness to learn and ask questions.
Familiarization with shipping hazardous material preferred, but not required.
Attention to details.
Knowledge of Inventory Control and Coordination required.
Export Documentation Skills / Knowledge
