We are seeking a part-time office assistant to present professional front line experience for client interaction and effectively manage daily administrative tasks in our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Help handle reception (answer incoming calls, greeting walk in customers.)
• Help perform reception duties (meet and greet) in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage and track extra work that clients are looking for
• Maintain client relations by responding to questions or concerns and proactively handling issues in a timely manner either by phone or email
• One year experience in an office environment an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (word/excel /outlook)
• Able to meet deadlines and manage time wisely
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented and possess the will to learn new things
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong communication and team skills. Fluent in the English, Japanese or Chinese beneficial
