Join a 2 night cooking class series (August 11th and 18th, 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.) and learn cooking skills, improve your English and have fun! Lots of food to eat and take home, demonstration and participation.

Various cuisines and dishes will be covered. Some of the dishes we will make include Salmon and Vegetables Baked in Parchment Paper, Cauliflower Soup with Brown Butter, Lebanese Spiced Chicken with Orange and Mint, Salad, Individual Chocolate Souffles and more!

Printed recipes provided for each class. Suitable for beginner cooks or more experienced.

Classes are held at 1333 Kingsway, about 10 minutes from downtown Vancouver. 4 to 6 students per class - lots of personal attention! $130.00 plus gst for the 2 night series.
