Join a 4 week cooking class series (Monday nights, 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. starting July 28th, August 4, 11, 18) and learn cooking skills, improve your English and have fun! Lots of food to eat and take home, demonstration and participation.

Various cuisines and dishes will be covered. Some of the dishes we will make include Black Rice Salad with Mango and Cashews, Coconut Curry Mussels, Pasta with Arugula Pesto and Golden Beets, Double Chocolate Brownies and more!

Printed recipes provided for each class. Suitable for beginner cooks or more experienced.

Classes are held at 1333 Kingsway, about 10 minutes from downtown Vancouver. 4 to 6 students per class - lots of personal attention! $235.00 plus gst for the 4 week series.
