Primary Function:
Leverage your superior interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills to build the Mastronardi Produce export business to Japan.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Grow Mastronardi’s business with existing customers in Japan by expanding product lines and negotiating profitable long term business agreements
• Build business with new customers in the Japanese market
• Manage the logistics of shipments to Japan
• Collaborate with planning/procurement in managing Mastronardi inventory
Position Requirements:
• 5+ years sales and produce experience
• Demonstrated track record of sales results
• Post secondary education
• Fluent in verbal and written Japanese
• Live in, or willingness to relocate to, the Windsor/Essex County area
• Strong sales skills with a track record of customer growth and business development.
• Superior negation skills and a track record of profitable customer pricing
• Strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to manage internal and customer relationships in a fast paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
