We are a Student Accommodation service company who is based in downtown Vancouver. We are currently looking for a housekeeper/Houseman part timer.
The hourly rate starts at $11.
We are flexible with your schedules, and require minimum 1 day per week, which makes a perfect second job if you already have other job, or busy with your school.
But you must be available for full day shift during month end and month beginning. ( Last 2 days and first 2 days of every months. )
*You must send us your weekly availability by every Thursday.

Your main job description includes cleaning of residential apartments, staging the furnished condo suites and organizing our storages.
Time to time, you might require to come along our furniture shopping trip for our supplies.

We provide free lunch and snacks if you are working more than 5 hours, as well as proper break times according to BC labour law.

We are looking for someone :
-Can legally work in BC. We welcome 'Working Holiday Visa holders'.
-Basic English conversation skill.
-If you can speak other languages ( Mandarin Chinese will be definite bonus. ), please mention it to us.
-People person, and teamworker.
-Punctual
