Day Spa offers a great opportunity for the right person to work in a busy environment, learn and gain experience preforming spa services. Best suited for those who are dedicated to top level customer service can handle a fast paced environment.

You should be knowledgeable in bodywork and esthetics, and be prepared to offer spa services to guests. Successful Candidates are available 4 -- 5 days a week, and able to work evenings and weekends.Here is a list of some of the qualities we are looking for in a candidate:- Good communication skills, with a positive "can do" attitude- Professional appearance maintained at all times- The genuine drive to make people feel special- Good judgment, and knowledgeable- Ability and willingness to follow Spa Protocol- Ability to learn and communicate the products and services we offer- No hesitation to make sales or offer seasonal promotions- Confident ability to work with others- Forward thinker, ability to anticipate needs of guests and co-workers- Willingness to learn our services and perform them to our standardsThe duties of the Spa Therapist are as follows:- Customer Service- Learning and Performing Spa Services to Spa Guests- Massage, Facials, Manicure, Pedicure, Esthetics- Keeping your workspace clean and helping other do so as needed- Help maintain Linen area- Product Sales- Anticipating needs of fellow Spa Therapists and Receptionists- Performing Daily Tasks as assigned on schedule- Promoting Spa Services and Promotions to Guests- Offering information and ease of purchase or any and all spa products- Assist the Receptionist as neededCompensation:This position does have a training period, and mentorship period if needed. For those who display outstanding performance and dedication there are opportunities for advancement.The Spa Therapist wage is based on production. One hour services are paid $25 - 90 minute services are paid $35. Spa Therapists also receive 10% sales commission on all product sales. In addition, there is a monthly bonus system that is based on attendance, sales, teamwork, and your ability to effectively have your spa guests return to see you. Tips are typically generous and in addition to your compensation.
