KOKORO Sushi is fine-casual Japanese restaurant locate in North of Nanaimo Area. Our goal is serving best quality of food and service with finest dining experience to each of customers based on traditional and modern contemporary Japanese Cuisine and culture: Omotenashi.

We are currently looking for Waitress, Line Cook, Sushi Cook, and Pastry Chef who has not only passion about food, but also respect and willingness to help co-workers to build up the strong team work.
Please be advised that "We will be opening in beginning of March due to renovation"

Position: Permanent & Part time

Qualifications:

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Japanese Restaurant is required.
- Completion of Culinary Art program is an asset.
- "Speaking Japanese is an asset"
- Cook must have Food Safety Certification.
