【Job Duties and Responsibilities】:
　•Prepare and cook complete meals and Southeast Asian dishes;
　•Plan menus for special events such as food festival events and determine size of food portions;
　•Prepare recipes and cook Thai meals;
　•Maintain ingredients and records of food, fruits, supplies and equipment;
　•Estimate food requirements;
　•Monitor and order supplies;
　•Maintain kitchen and work area hygiene.

【Required Education】:
　•A high school graduation diploma is required

【Employment Requirements】:
　•Must have at least two years of commercial cooking experience;
　•Knowledge and experience in cooking Thai cuisine would be an asset;
　•Must be familiar with the standard of clean kitchen;
　•Proficiency in written and spoken English is required;
　•Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills;
　•Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment;
　•Must have the ability to work in a fast faced restaurant and be multitasking.
