Hot Buns Bakery is seeking a Baker for their Whistler bakery.

F/T, 40 hours/week; $13/hr

Duties
- Prepare various kinds of dough for breads and pastries;
- Operate industrial ovens and specialty equipment used in baking goods;
- Bake and decorate all menu items as well as prepare custom orders;
- Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and special functions;
- Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
- Train new kitchen staff.

Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a baker OR have completed a three or four year apprenticeship program OR another college program for bakers.
