Sensha-Ya, a Japanese hand car wash company, is seeking a Car Wash Manager for its Richmond location.
F/T; $22/hour; 35 hours per week

Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall operation of car wash operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Schedule employees as per the staffing model and meet labour goals
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Identify and expeditiously resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repair of equipment
- Opening and closing procedures
- Be able to perform all essential duties of every car wash associate
- Foster a team environment
- Ensure professional appearance of site including building, tunnel, grounds, landscaping

Requirements:
- Secondary school completion required
- Must have completed a post-secondary program in business administration management or a related field OR have at least 3 years of related retail experience.
- Prior management/supervisory experience is an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese is an asset.
