Position: Cook-Japanese Food
Wage: $14/hr (full time 40 hrs per week)
Position Requirement:
 Minimum 3 years of cooking experience is required
 Completion of Secondary Education is required
Duties:
 cook Japanese food such as Teriyaki and Tepanyaki
 Prepare and make the sauces used for the dishes
 Train and manage kitchen helpers
 Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen’s hygiene
 Manage inventory and ensure freshness of the ingredients
