We are seeking an experienced and organized Japanese full-time Database Specialist with diversified IT skills and strong background in web development and database to join our Vancouver based IT Team.
The main responsibilities will include:

• Help build and set up marketing campaiAgns using various software platforms
• Data processing using SQL, MS Access, Excel and Dbase
• Call center and web reports for clients
• Coordinate client managers and clients with data processing flow
• Manage MS SQL database and write store procedures
• Develop and update internal websites and document procedures

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Degree or Technical Diploma in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering, computer technology with minimum 2 years experience
• Must have thorough knowledge in SQL and database programming with minimum 2 years working experience in MSSQL or MYSQL is an asset
• Must have excellent programming skills in HTML, PHP, XML, Scripting, especially in reporting system with minimum 1 year related working experience
• Oral and written communications skills in English
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasting skills.
• Self starter with excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of database security management, performance tuning and monitoring, code migration and data management is an asset
• Experience in PCI compliance related projects is an asset
• Ability to speak/read/write German is an asset
