We are looking for an individual that:

-is proficient in several web programming languages (html/css, javascript, PHP, ASP, etc...)
-maintains current web standards (HTML/javascript validation, section 508 handicap accessibility testing)
-knows their way around a variety of CMS platforms. (wordpress, contribute, Joomla, etc...)
-understands Google's website administration toolkit (webmaster tools, adsense, adwords, analytics, etc...)
-understands website hosting, and everything it entails (database setup/integration/management, email setup, domains, DNS records, etc...)
-has an eye for detail, proficiency with Adobe Photoshop would be a bonus.
