Maguroguy Japanese Restaurant is looking for a cook for Japanese cuisine
(Business Location: #2670-152nd Street Surrey BC V4P1M8)

Position: Japanese Cook-Cold food (Full time 40hrs/week)
Wage: $17/hr
Position Requirement:
 Minimum 3 years of Cooking experience is required
 Completion of Secondary Education is required
Duties:
 Prepare and cook Japanese cold food such as rolls, sushi and sashimi
 Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant
 Develop new Japanese sauces and menus
 Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen’s hygiene
 Manage inventory and ensure freshness of the ingredients
