Maguroguy Japanese Restaurant is looking for a cook for Japanese cuisine
(Business Location: #2670-152nd Street Surrey BC V4P1M8)

Position: Cook-Japanese Hot Food
Wage: $16/hr (full time 40 hrs per week)
Position Requirement:
 Minimum 3 years of cooking experience is required
 Completion of Secondary Education is required
 Cook certificate or cook or cook college diploma is preferred
Duties:
 Prepare and cook Japanese hot food such as Teriyaki, Udon, Tempura, Donburi, etc.
 Prepare and make the sauces used for the dishes
 Train and manage kitchen helpers
 Develop new Japanese sauces and hot food menus
 Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen’s hygiene
 Manage inventory and ensure freshness of the ingredients
