Milano Coffee Gastown is seeking a full-time Supervisor/Training Barista Position.

F/T $11/hr

Duties: Serve and present our specialty coffee. Train staff from our 4 locations to be a
working team member, manage the store.

Qualifications: -A strong knowledge of all manners of coffee preparation.
-A minimum 3 years experience working in a cafe/coffee bar as a Barista.
-A minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or manager position.
-Ability to communicate and coordinate training of staff.
-Proficient in the art of making coffee including "Latte Art".
-Excellent presentation, grooming, and communication skills.
-Japanese language as a 1st or 2nd language as the home base would be in a
highly trafficked tourist area.
-Serve it Right and Food Safe certified.
