Ma We, ESL School, are looking for a Part-Time volunteer (unpaid) who is detail oriented and able to multi-task.

The following Duties & Responsibilities are required but not limited to:

Student registrations and answer inquiries about the school's program (Korean or Japanese)
Updating client/student/teacher information
Maintaining databases
Assist with school's event preparation
Support and counseling Korean or Japanese students in school

Skills & Requirements:

Microsoft Office skills (mainly Word & Excel)
Organized and Punctual and a Multi-tasker
Above average problem solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English and Korean or Japanese (written and spoken)
Proficient with computers, ability and interest in learning
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment




The school provides a wonderful work environment and ongoing English classes.
We are looking for a candidate who is responsible, out-going and patient because this position requires interaction and good communication with our students, parents, teachers and similar organizations on a daily basis.

Could you please tell me how many hours I need to work there per week? Also could you tell me if this is a short-term or a long-term volunteer job?

The work will be start 9am and finish 5pm, 5days a week but we offer to you free class in the morning or afternoon.
