Kishimoto Japanese Kitchen is seeking a Japanese Cook/Sushi Chef
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients (include to fillet fish and etc.)
- Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on our menu)
- Create and introduce new Japanese cuisine items to the restaurant
- Order food supplies
- Work as a part of a team to plan menus and food preparation
- Provide training to the kitchen staff
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience as a professional cook
Japanese language ability is an asset
F/T; $17/hr
