Key Responsibilities of a Japanese Customer Service Representative:

- Customer service calls with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer service inquires received via phone and email
- Resolve returns and exchanges for customers
- Payment confirmation
- Order verifications and admin tasks
- Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisor

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal both in Japanese (correct use of Kenjo-go / Sonkei-go / Teinei-go) and English
- Flexible working hours
- Experience handling escalated issues
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Organized and detail oriented
- Be a problem solver and a team player
- Must be able to multi-task & THRIVE in a fast-paced environment.
- Type 50 wpm
- Internet and MS Office skills
- Good sense of humor & positive attitude go a long way!

Location : Vancouver
Hours : Sunday to Thursday 4 hours per shift in between 4:00pm - 11:00pm
Wage : $15 / hour
