Kishimoto Japanese Kitchen is seeking a Japanese cook/sushi chef
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients (including filleting raw fish for sushi)
- Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on our menu)
- Create and introduce new Japanese cuisine items to the restaurant
- Work as a part of a team to plan menus and food preparation
- Provide training to the kitchen staff
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years professional cook experience
-Japanese language ability an asset
F/T; $17/hr
