Wing International Inc. is looking for a Shipping Supervisor/Co-ordinator

Duties:
Coordinate and oversee shipments between Wing International’s suppliers in Canada and the customers in Japan;
Monitor the work of supplier’s employees to ensure orders to be shipped to Japan are accurate, complete, on time and documentation is correct;
Train and supervise duties of assistant;
Provide occasional training to suppliers’ employees on the requirements of Japanese customs;
Monitor and update shipping schedules;
Monitor shipments to ensure delivery and client satisfaction;
Ensure contractual deadlines are met and targets are achieved;
Review shipping documents and forward necessary documentation to clients;
Reconcile complete reports and daily shipping data;
Maintain daily shipping activities and relations with suppliers and clients in Japan;
Assist in purchase department and general administration duties;
Handle Claim Management for the company.

Requirements:
-Must have English and Japanese language ability
-Must have at least 3 years related experience
-Completion of secondary school
