WINDSOR BUILDING SUPPLIES LTD. in Langley is in urgent need of a TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST (Building Materials) for its Asia Pacific Division specifically focused on Japanese Market.

The TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Introduce, promote and sell Canadian building materials including 2x4 platform home building materials to the Japanese market.
- Consult with Japanese clients and asses their needs.
- Discuss with the suppliers/manufacturers in Canada and recommend the best solution to the clients.
- Translate inquiries from clients in Japan to English.
- Translate technical specification of the products that Windsor markets to Japan.
- Present quotations of building materials.
- Prepare shipping documents for the customs clearance.
- Follow up with the clients after sales, provide support if there is any problems/claims.

Applicants must strongly demonstrate meeting the following requirements: Proficiency in English and fluency in Japanese Language is a must since the target market are Japan-based companies engaged in infrastructure and construction developments. College diploma plus 1-2 years related experience is required. Salary at $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week. 10 days paid vacation.
