Job duties include:
- performing online marketing
- assisting in e- marketing campaign
- conducting in person rental housing sales and marketing
- perform showing and assisting property supervisor in providing rental housing services to renters
- general business administration

- flexible part-time hours
- work at our downtown offices and/or selected times off-site or at home

Required
- must have substantial sales and marketing skills
- must have good Internet and e marketing experience before
- hotel and hospitality marketing background and skills will be a great plus
- candidates who can consider a live-in arrangement will be considered first
