Title: Meat Cutter (Japanese/Korean Meat Cut Specialist)
Terms: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week
Salary: $16 per hour
Duties:
- Prepare daily restaurant and retail meat orders
- Produce value-added meat/food products for foodservice accounts
- Manage inventory
- Oversee production and train junior meat cutters
- Ensure product quality and facility cleanliness is maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Japanese/Korean style cut meat preparation
- Education: Minimum completion of High School.
- Language: English required. Japanese is an asset
