Looking for a few full and part-time Baristas.

Experience in coffee is not required - we will train you, but passion for people and coffee is.

The ideal people are:
– self-motivated, hard working
– love early mornings and early evenings
– want to know more about espresso and coffee service
– are fanatical about giving great service

We are looking for people who are looking for longer terms positions as we continue to build community.

This is a Canadian, family owned business. Your English does not have to be perfect, conversational is fine, but speaking with confidence is a must. We had a great experience doing a sponsorship / work permit with a foreigner before and would be interested in doing it again. (of course, this is no guarantee, and there’s many factors that could prevent us from be able to, but we’d be interested in pursuing it.)

We are located about 450ft from the Pacific Ocean in West Vancouver on the North Shore.

On the coffee side we are dedicated to serving killer coffees with unprecedented customer service. We are part of a new type of coffee bar that is not tied to only one roaster – you might say we are “open source” in the coffee world. This gives us the ability to cup and taste coffee from all over the world – and we do – and then choose what we think are the best for our use.

We have our own bakery in-house and so we make 98% of our treats from scratch, each day. Crema is about offering the very best, in a way that is good for everyone. We choose products that are organic, and local wherever possible. This philosophy influences the way we do business, from the products we serve to the design of our store to the materials we use.
