Nipro Brewery Co. Ltd is seeking a Japanese Sake Brewing Master/Manufacturing Manager.
F/T; $57,000 per annum

Duties
- Brewing Japanese sake and establish the Japanese Sake brewing process using the traditional method
- Supervise, train and direct brewing team and manage overall brewing process
- Planning new products
- Overall management of Sake brewing operations including inventory control, scheduling, documentation, equipment maintenance, quality control
- Assisting in Sake brewing, including training and development
- creating starter mash
- making Koji mold
- Quality assurance and tracking
- Reporting on progress to CEO

Qualifications
- Must be highly skilled and experienced in the ways of sake making
- Must have management and decision making skills and leadership ability
- Must have the ability to establish well-developed, formalized and reliable manufacturing methods
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
