■Education:
Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
■Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses,

■Experience:3 years to less than 5 years
■Languages:Speak English, Read English, Write English

■Work Setting:Barbershop or hairstyling salon
■Specific Skills:
Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations,
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff,
Plan and control budget and inventory, Manage contracts for

complaints from customers, Develop business plans, Determine
target markets, Develop marketing plans
■Additional Skills:
Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Arrange for training of
