Skill Requirements:
Education:
Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years

Languages:
Speak English, Read English, Write English

Work Setting:
Retail establishment

Supervisory Experience:
Retail salespersons and sales clerks, Cashiers

Specific Skills:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Maintain specified inventory

Additional Skills:
Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise
