We’re looking for an experienced Japanese Food Chef with the ability to Manage also, a small Japanese Restaurant. This individual must posess a Food Safe certificate, must be fluent in Japanese and English languajes and to be ready to start immediately. Amongst the duties are: the of making sushi rolls, cutting fish, preparing sushi case items and display. The keeping of control of food and all supplies, staff scheduling and recruiting will be under the owners guidence and decision process, and full coverage by the Manager at times when the owner is abscent.
