Telco Management Inc. is a highly focused Call Centre team of outbound & inbound professionals, lead by experts in the industry. We are currently accepting application for a Customer Service Call Centre Representative (Japanese-speaking).
Position summary:
This role is responsible for answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service. There is some proofing and translating involved in the role. You will listen, grasp and address the caller’s problems in a timely, polite and courteous manner.
Knowledge / Skills:
• 2 years previous call centre customer service experience.
• An understanding of the Japanese market.
• Patience and positive outlook.
• Resourcefulness.
• Ability to persuade and inspire trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with emphasis in Excel and Word.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (Spoken/Read/Write).
Evening shift: 4:00pm – 12:00am Monday to Friday. Telco offers an hourly of $18.54/hr. After 3 months a full benefits plan is offered (Health, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness Insurance, Counseling)
